
Revitalizing Coated in Love’s Social Media
Coated in Love is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness by providing essential items and fostering human connection. Their flagship initiative, the annual “3,000 Acts of Kindness” event, offers coats, meals, personal care items, and heartfelt conversations to those in need.​
They approached me with mostly dormant social media accounts, no posting rhythm, and no strategy. I developed a focused plan addressing three key goals:
